Professional Experience:
Roy is the founder and chief executive officer of Wootens Success Solutions. He is a seasoned manager after serving in executive and senior leadership positions in organizations of various sizes. His scope of responsibilities has included two hundred staff positions, multiple sites and multi million dollar budget responsibilities. He is a well respected professional by his peers having served as board chair on numerous boards including professional associations, chamber of commerce, civic clubs, churches, and community non profits.
Credentials:
Roy earned his bachelors and masters degrees in psychology from Abilene Christian University. He holds licensure with the Texas Sate Board of Examiners of Psychologists and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. He is a certified independent consultant.

Roy is a much sought after speaker and writer. He has presented at state, regional and national conferences including the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Texas Network of Youth Services, Christian Association for Psychological Studies, Multi Regional Youth Services, and I Am Your Child conferences. He has authored published articles and been interviewed on local radio and television productions.
